Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops (1 pound total)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Panko bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
- Brush the pork chops with olive oil and then coat each one in the cheese mixture.
- Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure it is well coated.
- Line a pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
